Getting better

Have been doing some running today and yesterday and getting better by the minute. The pain in the achilles tendon itself is gone and doesn´t come back when I go out running, even on tough trails. Just a lot of itching left in the lower wound.

Feel a lot stronger uphill than I have ever been in my life and it´s become a pleasure running uphill and not be out of breath or the with the pulse at it highest.

Will do some more running next week but the fade it out towards the start of TMB. Will arrive on Wednesday evening.
