Another 100k+ week
This week has been about getting through lack of energy due to sharp increase in activity, both running and mountain biking. Finally, today I felt that I could run a good run without stopping several times during the run.
Ran 27 km and felt really good at the end of it and could have added another 10 easily but didn“t want to push it to hard since I was totaling 120 km for the week and 72 km on mountain bike.
Plan for next week is to reach around 130km including one long run, appr. 40-50 km.
